We offer commercial loans on investment real estate, including rental apartments, multi-tenant retail plazas, professional offices, and multi-tenant office buildings.

Interest rates can be fixed or indexed adjustable rates. Indexes commonly used are the Constant Maturity Treasury (CMT) index of one to five years or the Wall Street Journal Prime - plus or minus a margin.
 

Monthly payment terms may be fully amortizing, interest only, or balloon. Loans are also available for purchase, refinance, and improvements.
